If you no longer use your Best Buy account, you can delete it in a few easy ways. The fastest option is doing it online.

Click “Continue”, sign in, and then select “Send Request.”
Best Buy will email you a confirmation link. Click it, enter the code, and confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Write a short message asking to delete your account. Include your full name and the email address linked to your account.

⚠️ Note

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your credit card, Geek Squad, or open orders. Those must be cancelled separately.
