Evan H. Samlin is the Founder and President of REIL Capital, a New York financial services company that deals in offering services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). Evan was born in Randolph, New Jersey, and grew up surrounded by entrepreneurship and public service.

Having received a degree in Business and Philosophy from The College of New Jersey, Evan H. Samlin began performing as a stand-up comedian in New York City. This phase sharpened his communication skills as well as his knowledge of varied audiences. In 2017, with entrepreneurial zeal, Evan co-founded REIL Capital along with his cousin Ian Samlin with the objective to offer SMEs affordable financing solutions.

Under Evan’s leadership, REIL Capital has established a “listen-first” culture in which client needs drive service options. The firm strives to simplify the business loan experience, making it more efficient for clients. Evan’s openness to innovation and risk-taking has helped fuel the company’s growth and transformation in a challenging economic climate.

Apart from business, Evan H. Samlin is extremely involved in philanthropy. In the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, REIL Capital distributed over 200,000 masks to small businesses within local communities to help them survive difficult times. Evan also contributes to organizations like JAFCO in Sunrise, Florida, in the form of computers and equipment needed.
