1. Log in to your account at rakuten.com.

2. Click your profile icon (top-right), then select Privacy Preferences.

3. Scroll down and click Delete My Account.

4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm deletion.

⚠️ Before You Delete

• Cash Back:
  If you have confirmed Cash Back, you can choose to receive it.
  Any pending rewards will be lost after deletion.

• No Recovery:
  Deletion is final—you’ll lose your account history, payment info, and saved settings.
