Good morning 🌅 Sir , I hope you are fine. Sorry for The disturb, Actually few days ago you have created 6 Study Group For Each 10 members. While I appreciate the effort or idea or Method to create balanced groups, the current arrangement presents challenges due to differing levels of engagement and collaboration within the groups. This leads to uneven workloads and hinders our ability to learn effectively together. Some group has Too much extrovert peoples & another have Too much introvert people or One have so many Good student & Another is filled with Bad student (Except 1 or 2) . According to International journal of Education Research Review The Teacher is one who will make the groups where student will Work willingly & they will be able to collaboratively . But most of our fd & even me can't do the group work Willingly or collaboratively. Only few Members of group do the work & rest of members just do nothing. So, I have a request to remake the Groups again & Distribute members perfectly or We can also pick the member we want then you will approve them & Make The group with Some good students & Weak study equally. There is no problem in Weak or Good Student. Just the real is , We Don't have the Correct Distributed students . I Have written my all of my opinions.
